BCTC Winchester names new Campus Director

Citizens of Winchester can expect to see a new community figure.
According to a press release, effective July 16, 2024, Ms. Renee McFall has been named the new Director of the Winchester Campus of Bluegrass Community and Technical College (BCTC).
She replaces Dr. Bruce Manley, who recently was appointed City Manager.
“We are delighted to welcome Renee McFall to BCTC as the Director of our Winchester Campus,” stated BCTC President and CEO Dr. Greg Feeney. “Renee’s wealth of experience in education and industry relations will be invaluable as we expand and enhance our programs. We look forward to seeing the positive impact she will have on our students and the community.”
McFall brings over 14 years of extensive experience in both administrative and leadership roles across social work, employment services, and industry outreach.
She recently served as the Associate Director of Employer Relations and Outreach at Eastern Kentucky University. In this capacity, McFall was instrumental in developing key industry partnerships to enhance work-based learning opportunities for students. Her dedication to fostering relationships between academia and industry has significantly contributed to students’ practical education and professional development.
McFall’s educational background includes a Bachelor of Science Degree in Child and Family Studies, a Master’s Degree in Public Administration, and a Certification in Community Development from Eastern Kentucky University. Prior comprehensive academic and professional experience uniquely positions her to lead the Winchester campus in its mission of providing accessible and high-quality education to the community.
