The Leeds Center for the Arts musical Theatre Intensive summer training program officially kicked off Monday.

The two-week program is sold out and allows students ages 11 to 17 to broaden their skills in singing, dancing and acting while working to put on a full-scale musical theatre revue.

Steve Crosby and Ellie Miller, along with special guest artists throughout are leading this year’s camp.

The students work from 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. each day and will put on finale a performance at 7:30 p.m. Saturday, June 23. This year, the students will be performing various songs for the musical theatre review.
