The Clark County grand jury indicted a Lexington man for allegedly injuring a sheriff’s deputy during a pursuit in December.

Jason Lewis, 36, has been jailed in the Clark County Detention Center since his arrest on Hud Road on Dec. 12, 2018.

According to the Clark County Sheriff’s Office and court documents, deputies were looking for a dark-colored Ford Mustang which was involved in a pursuit in Fayette County. Clark County deputies spotted the vehicle on U.S. 60 and saw it cross the center line multiple times, according to court documents.
