CLARK COUNTY FIRE
• At 10:41 p.m. Monday, firefighters assisted EMS personnel with a all on Mina Station Road.
• At 12:01 a.m. Tuesday, firefighters responded to an injury accident at Hud and Lexington roads.
• At 4:08 a.m. Tuesday, firefighters responded to an injury accident near the 93 mile marker on Interstate 64.
• At 10:18 p.m. Tuesday, firefighters responded to an injury accident on Lexington Road.
• At 11:13 p.m. Tuesday, firefighers responded to an injury accident at Paris and Pretty Run roads.
• At 12:14 a.m. Wednesday, firefighters responded to an injury accident at Fulton Road and Stamper Drive.
• At 4:26 a.m. Wednesday, firefighters assisted EMS personnel with a call at Paris and Pretty Run roads.
• At 4:41 a.m. Wednesday, firefighters assisted EMS personnel with a call on Pretty Run Road.
• At 4:50 a.m. Wednesday, firefighters responded to an injury accident at IRvine and Old Ruckerville roads.
• At 7:44 a.m. Wednesday, firefighters responded to an injury accident on Paris Road.
• At 12:46 p.m. Wednesday, firefighters assisted EMS personnel with a call on Lexington Road.
• At 12:03 a.m. Thursday, firefighters responded to a carbon monoxide detector sounding on Colonial Park.
WINCHESTER POLICE
Charged
• Jason Calvin Mayes, 35, was charged Monday with receiving stolen property under $10,000 and theft by unlawful taking over $5000.
• Pamela Sue Dunn, 45, was charged Tuesday with theft by unlawful taking, first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance (two counts), second-degree trafficking in a controlled substance, third-degree trafficking in a controlled subsstance, trafficking in a legend drug, possession of drug paraphernalia and was served two warrants.
• Robert S. Reynolds, 46, was charged Tuesday with theft by unlawful taking.
• Bryan O’Neal Davenport, 40, was charged Wednesday with theft by unlawful taking.
• Logan T. Ramsey, 22, was charged Wednesday with driving under the influence.
Reports
• At 1:53 p.m. Monday, officers were called to Tech Drive concerning a stolen vehicle. Jason Calvin Mayes was arrested on multiple charges.
• At 4:04 p.m. Monday, officers were called to Veterans Memorial Parkway and Mount Sterling Road concerning a suspicious person or vehicle.
• At 4:10 p.m. Monday, officers took a report at the police department concerning a harassing communications complaint.
• At 7:41 p.m. Monday, officers were called to Lexington Avenue and Westside Drive concerning a person threatening to shoot her brother.
• At 5:40 p.m. Tuesday, officers were called to North Bloomfield Road for a stalking complaint.
• At 8:09 p.m. Tuesday, officers were called to Winchester Plaza concerning a suspicious vehicle.
• At 8:22 p.m. Tuesday, officers were called to Boone Avenue concerning two people stealing items. Robert Reynolds and Pamela Dunn were arrested on multiple charges.
• At 9:58 p.m. Tuesday, officers were called to Dale Drive after someone broke into a residence.
• At 10:55 p.m. Tuesday, officers were called to East Broadway Street concerning a person causing problems.
• At 8:09 a.m. Wednesday officers took a report at the police department concerning a stolen cell phone.
• At 9 a.m. Wednesday, officers were called to Hidden Hills Way concerning a theft of a wallet and money from a vehicle.
• At 2:40 p.m. Wednesday, officers were called to Bypass Road for a fraud complaint after a person failed to pay for vehicles.
• At 8:52 p.m. Wednesday, officers were called to West Washington Street concerning a theft.
Accidents
• At 5:31 a.m. Tuesday, officers responded to an injury accident on Boone Avenue in which a vehicle driven by Claver Nzamuye of Lexington went through an intersection and collided with another vehicle, driven by Kimberly Carter of Lancaster. Carter and a witness said Nzamuye’s vehicle ran a red light. Carter was transported to Clark Regional Medical Center with unspecified injuries.
• At 12:11 a.m. Wednesday, officers responded to an injury accident on Fulton Road in which a vehicle driven by Ivan Reyes of Westside Drive struck a fence and parked vehicle, owned by Wanda Demoss of Stamper Drive. Reyes said he thought he fell asleep. A passenger in Reyes’ vehicle, Cadence Manes of Westside Drive, was transported to Clark Regional Medical Center after being extricated from the vehicle.

• From Monday through Wednesday, EMS personnel responded to 41 general medical calls, 13 cardiac cases, five respiratory cases, one diabetic case and one seizure.
• At 12:01 a.m. Tuesday, EMS personnel responded to a motor vehicle accident at Hud and Lexington roads.
• At 4:08 a.m. Tuesday, EMS personnel responded to a motor vehicle accident near te 93 mile marker on Interstate 64.
• At 5:32 a.m. Tuesday, firefighters personnel responded to a motor vehicle accident at Boone Avenue and Hubbard Road.
• At 10:47 p.m. Tuesday, EMS personnel responded to a motor vehicle accident on Lexington Road.
• At 11:13 p.m. Tuesday, EMS personnel responded to a motor vehicle accident at Paris and Pretty Run roads.
• At 12:12 a.m. Wednesday, firefighters responded to a motor vehicle accident at Fulton Road and Stamper Drive.
• At 4:50 a.m. Wednesday, EMS personnel responded to a motor vehicle accident at Old Ruckerville and Irvine roads.
