WINCHESTER POLICE

Charged

— Lenora Ann Haggard, 48, was charged Saturday with first-degree promoting contraband, disorderly conduct, public intoxication, criminal littering, first-degree possession of a controlled substance and third-degree possession of a controlled substance.

— Rachel Ann Humphreys, 45, was charged Saturday with driving under the influence and failure to maintain insurance.

— Sammijo E. Spencer, 37, was charged Sunday with fugitive from another state.

— Caleb Jordan Turner, 18, was charged Friday with receiving stolen property over $10,000 and no operator’s license.

— Daniel Jacob Watts, 26, was charged Saturday with driving under the influence, first-degree possession of a controlled substance, driving on a suspended operator’s license and possession of drug paraphernalia.

— Ridge Douglas Wilson, 33, was charged Friday with first-degree wanton endangerment, first-degree criminal mischief and driving on an expired operator’s license.

— At 2:50 a.m. Friday, officers were called to 220 Oxford Drive for a breaking and entering complaint.

— At 5:51 p.m. Friday, officers were called to South Main Street concerning a possible theft from a bank account.

— At 8:03 p.m. Friday, officers were called to West Washington Street concerning a theft.

— At 11:22 a.m. Saturday, officers were called to North Main Street concerning a counterfeit $50 bill.

— At 4:05 p.m. Saturday, officers were called to Buffalo Trace concerning a stolen vehicle, cell phone and debit card.

— At 7:51 p.m. Saturday, officers were called to Walmart concerning a theft of beer.

— At 2:31 a.m. Sunday, officers were called to East Washington Street concerning a stolen phone.

— At 8:41 a.m. Sunday, officers were called to Oxford Drive concerning a sexual assault.

— At 5:51 p.m. Sunday, officers were called to East Broadway Street concerning a stolen vehicle.

WINCHESTER FIRE-EMS

— From Thursday through Sunday morning, EMS personnel responded to 45 general medical calls, three cardiac cases, one respiratory case, one diabetic case, two seizures, one stroke and two overdoses.

— At 1:37 p.m. Thursday, EMS personnel responded to a motor vehicle accident at 4775 Lexington Road.

— At 7:12 p.m. Thursday, firefighters responded to a motor vehicle accident at Lexington and Wainscott avenues.

— At 1:01 a.m. Friday, EMS personnel responded to a motor vehicle accident at 4774 Lexington Road.

— At 6:10 a.m. Friday, firefighters responded to a motor vehicle accident at Main Street and Linden Avenue.

— At 4:38 p.m. Friday, firefighters responded to a motor vehicle accident at Franklin and Washington streets.

— At 5:39 p.m. Friday, firefighters responded to a motor vehicle accident at Bypass and Colby roads.

CLARK COUNTY FIRE

— At 12:23 a.m. Friday, firefighters assisted EMS personnel with a call on Revilo Road.

— At 12:56 p.m. Friday, firefighters were called to Ford Hampton Road for an investigation.

— At 9:42 p.m. Friday, firefighters assisted EMS personnel with a call on Cherokee Drive.

— AT 9:49 p.m. Friday, firefighters responded to an alarm sounding on Goshen Road.

— At 11:21 a.m. Saturday, firefighters responded to a structure fire on Colonial Park Drive.

— At 1:50 p.m. Saturday, firefighters assisted EMS personnel with a call on Trapp Goffs Corner Road.

— At 2:28 a.m. Sunday, firefighters assisted EMS personnel with a call on Water Works Road.
