The George Rogers Clark boys and girls teams both received first-place votes in the 10th Region Media Poll for the first time since Jan. 13.

The boys team received 13 first-place votes on their way to their second straight week at No. 1.

The girls team picked up three first-place votes after No. 1 Bishop Brossart dropped three straight games. However, they weren’t able to get over the hump and remained in the No. 2 spot.

Both teams have an opportunity to pick up quality wins this week with doubleheaders against Bourbon County and Mason County.
