Kroger unveils $4.5M remodel

Kroger officials unveiled the remodeled Winchester store Wednesday to lines of waiting customers. Store officials said $4.5 million was spent to completely remodel the entire store, including new lights, new coolers and shelving, and redesigning some of the space within the store as well. It also features an expanded wine and spirits department, and new signage throughout the store. The store will have several events Saturday including Paw Patrol characters, an Easter Egg hunt and vendor samples. (Photo by Fred Petke)
