County Fair open for full week

The annual Clark County Fair kicked off Saturday with a full slate of children’s beauty pageants, animal shows and an antique tractor and machinery show. Activities at the Clark County Fairgrounds, 5000 Iron Works Road, resume at 5 p.m. Tuesday.
