Charged

— Daniel McCuddy, 36, of 521 Constitution Drive, was charged Jan. 9 with speeding, no seat belt, reckless driving, driving under the influence, driving on a suspended operator’s license, no proof of insurance, second-degree possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

— David Hawkins, 28, of Clay City, was charged Saturday with driving under the influence and illegal possession of a legend drug.

— Rebecca Collins, 50, of Beattyville, was charged Saturday with driving under the influence, careless driving, no seat belt and improper signal.

— Michael Powell, 19, of 418 Pearl St., was charged Saturday with driving under the influence, improper equipment, possession of marijuana and carrying a concealed deadly weapon.

— Sandra Thacker, 49, of 380 Dry Fork Road, was charged Saturday with fourth-degree assault and alcohol intoxication.

— Todd Hall, 43, of 231 Dubuy Drive, was charged Sunday with driving under the influence, no registration plate and careless driving.

— Adam Cooper, 27, of West Liberty, was charged Sunday with driving under the influence, careless driving, speeding and no proof of insurance.

— Hannah Newkirk, 27, of Mount Sterling, was charged Sunday with driving under the influence

.— Rebecca Fugate, 37, of Campton, was charged Monday with public intoxication and possession of drug paraphernalia.

— Nicholas Taulbee, 38, of Campton, was charged Monday with public intoxication, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

— Michael Brundon, 46, of Campton, was charged Monday with possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, third-degree possession of a controlled substance, public intoxication and tampering with physical evidence.

Reports

— At 8:16 a.m. Monday, deputies were called to 6266 Ecton Road after a wallet was found at the scene of a structure fire.

— At 2:28 p.m. Tuesday, deputies were called to 5712 Van Meter Road concerning a person bitten by a dog.

— At 2:20 p.m. Monday, deputies were called to 1792 Pine Ridge Road concerning a stolen vehicle.

WINCHESTER FIRE-EMS

— On Monday, EMS personnel responded to five general medical calls, two cardiac cases, one seizure and one overdose.

— On Tuesday, EMS personnel responded to six general medical calls, one respiratory case, one diabetic case, two seizures and one overdose.

— At 5:55 a.m. Tuesday, firefighters were called to 210 Arbor Court for a smell of natural gas.

— At 7:36 a.m. Tuesday, EMS personnel responded to an injury accident near the 91 mile marker on Interstate 64.

CLARK COUNTY FIRE

— At 6:33 a.m. Saturday, firefighters responded to an injury accident on Mount Sterling Road.

— At 2:40 p.m. Saturday, firefighters assisted another agency with a call on Pilot View Road.

— At 10:18 a.m. Sunday, firefighters responded to an injury accident on Colby Road.

— At 3:57 p.m. Sunday, firefighters responded to a chimney fire on Big Stoner Road.

— At 5:22 p.m. Sunday, firefighters assisted EMS personnel with a call on Hackberry Circle.

— At 7:03 p.m. Sunday, firefighters responded to an injury accident at Mount Sterling Road and Interstate 64.

— At 5:46 a.m. Monday, firefighters responded to a structure fire on Ecton Road.

— At 7:36 a.m. Tuesday, firefighters responded to an injury accident near the 91 mile marker on Interstate 64.

— Brian Lee Crowe, 34, was charged Monday with driving on a DUI-suspended operator’s license and improper display of registration plate.

— Robert Virgil Pensol, 46, was charged Monday with second-degree criminal trespassing.

— Terri Lynn Anderson, 48, was charged Tuesday with first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance (two counts), possession of drug paraphernalia, driving on a suspended operator’s license, third-degree trafficking in a controlled substance and first-degree promoting contraband.

— Starla Nicole Caudill, 34 was charged Tuesday with theft by unlawful taking.

— Brandi L. Garcia, 35, was charged Tuesday with theft by unlawful taking and public intoxication.

— Amos Dwayne Gilliam, 37, was charged Tuesday with first-degree strangulation and fourth-degree assault.

— Tara Nicole Stewart, 39, was charged Tuesday with second-degree criminal trespass, first-degree possession of a controlled substance, third-degree possession of a controlled substance and first-degree promoting contraband.

— At 4:06 p.m. Tuesday, officers were called to 9 Wilson Lane for a fight in progress. Amos Dwayne Gilliam was arrested on multiple charges.

— At 4:34 p.m. Tuesday, officers were called to 27 W. Broadway St. concerning a theft. Starla Nicole Caudill was arrested for theft by unlawful taking.
