CLARK COUNTY SHERIFF

Accidents

— At 10:51 a.m. Sunday, deputies responded to an injury accident on Irvine Road in which Skylar E. Embs of 35 Valley Drive was turning left onto Old Ruckerville Road when another vehicle attempted to pass on the left and the two vehicles collided. The other driver, Anna P. Slemp of 111 Twin Fork Court, said the other vehicle slowed suddenly and she swerved to avoid a collision. Slemp was treated at the scene for unspecified injuries.

WINCHESTER FIRE-EMS

— During the weekend, EMS personnel responded to 37 general medical calls, five cardiac cases, four respiratory cases, two strokes, one seizure, one overdose and one obstetric case.

CLARK COUNTY FIRE

— At 10:52 a.m. Saturday, firefighters responded to an injury accident at Irvine and Old Ruckerville Roads.

— At 8:23 p.m. Saturday, firefighters assisted EMS personnel with a call on Ecton Road.

— At 10:37 p.m. Saturday, firefighters assisted EMS personnel with a call at Red River Road.

WINCHESTER POLICE

Charged

— Mason N. Horton, 31, was charged Friday with first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance.

— Brandi Nicole Parker, 34, was charged Friday with theft by unlawful taking.

— Joyce T. Pasley, 58, was charged Saturday with cattle not to run at large.

— Hanna R. Rose, 23, was charged Sunday with no or expired registration plate, failure to maintain insurance and driving on a DUI-suspended operator’s license.

— Chase Alexander Ross, 18, was charged Sunday with second-degree burglary and first-degree wanton endangerment.

— Thomas E. Warner, 37, was charged Sunday with driving under the influence and theft by unlawful taking.

— Wendell Keith Willoughby, 36, was charged Saturday with violation of an EPO/DVO.

Reports

— At 10:43 a.m. Friday, officers were called to 9 S. Bloomfield Road after someone broke into a car and stole a wallet.

— At 11:58 a.m. Friday, officers were called to 1055 Early Drive after someone broke into a truck. Nothing appeared to be missing.

— At 2:03 p.m. Friday, officers were called to 32 S. Burns Ave. concerning a stolen wallet.

— At 3:45 p.m. Friday, officers took a report concerning a lost cell phone.

— At 10:45 p.m. Friday, officers were called to Clark Regional Medical Center, 175 Hospital Drive, concerning an assault.

— At 10:52 p.m. Saturday, officers were called to 27 E. Washington St. concerning an assault. Chase Alexander Ross was arrested and charged with second-degree burglary and first-degree wanton endangerment.
