Charged

— Mark Anthony Darosett, 33, was charged Thursday with fourth-degree assault (domestic violence).

— Lance Allen Hagedorn, 41, was charged Thursday with theft by unlawful taking (shoplifting) under $500.

— Nickoel Jamie Manley, 46, was charged Thursday with public intoxication of a controlled substance, first-degree possession of a controlled substance (first offense, methamphetamine) and buying or possession drug paraphernalia.

— At 2:40 a.m. Thursday, officers responded to 508 College St. concerning someone banging on the apartment doors of an apartment complex and yelling.

— At 5:19 a.m. Thursday, officers responded to 221 College St. concerning someone banging on the caller’s door and causing damage.

— At 8:33 a.m. Thursday, officers responded to 217 Blair Ave. concerning a wallet stolen from a vehicle.

— At 11:36 a.m. Thursday, officers responded to 39 S. Maple St. concerning a stolen 9 mm gun.

— At 11:47 a.m. Thursday, officers responded to 40 Flanagan St. concerning an assault.

— At 12:55 p.m. Thursday, officers responded to the area of Washington and Oliver streets concerning two men prowling around at home.

— At 2:36 p.m. Thursday, officers responded to 11 Lee St. concerning items stolen from a truck.

— At 2:37 p.m. Thursday, officers took a report of forgery.

— At 3:56 p.m. Thursday, officers responded to 350 N. Maple St. concerning a stolen credit card being used at a store.

— At 4:30 p.m. Thursday, officers responded to 1424 Westwood Drive concerning someone leaving a note on a car and throwing paint on it.

— At 6:20 p.m. Thursday, officers responded to 306 Blair Ave. concerning money stolen from a vehicle.

— At 7:13 p.m. Thursday, officers responded to 951 Bypass Road concerning a theft.

— At 7:36 p.m. Thursday, officers responded to 951 Bypass Road concerning stolen guns.
