Virginia Hollon Cundiff of Winchester, Kentucky, formerly of Campton, Kentucky, widow of the late Robert L. Cundiff, departed this life Friday, June 28, 2019 at the age of 85 years, 8 months & 6 days.

She was a daughter of the late Edgar & Fern Center Hollon born in Landsaw, Wolfe County, Kentucky on October 22, 1933. She was a retired clerical worker for the Dixie Oxygen & Allen Company.

She is survived by two sons, Mark Anthony Taulbee of Lexington, Kentucky & Kenneth Wayne Taulbee of Georgetown, Kentucky; eight grandchildren; eleven great-grandchildren; two brothers, Jack Hollon of South Lyon, Michigan & William Hollon of Goose Creek, South Carolina; & one sister, Nancy Joseph of Campton, Kentucky. She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert L. Cundiff; two sons, James Michael Taulbee and Jonathan Ray Taulbee; one daughter, Rita Gay Lee; her parents, Edgar and Fern Center Hollon & one brother, Dewey Hollon. She also leaves behind a host of other relatives and friends.

Funeral services were conducted at 1:00 P.M. Tuesday, July 2, 2019 at Porter & Son Funeral Director’s Chapel with Rev. Doyle Thomas officiating. Burial followed in the Taulbee-Whisman Cemetery, Landsaw, Kentucky.

Pallbearers were; Aaron Taulbee, Grant Taulbee, Brett Taulbee, Trent Taulbee, Greg Joseph & Allen Joseph.

Porter & Son Funeral Director’s of Campton, Kentucky were in charge of arrangements.
