Ruth Juanita Smith Duncan, 84, wife of Billy Marshall Duncan, passed away on Wednesday, October 23, 2019 at Clark Regional Medical Center.

She was born in Monroe, KY, on April 2, 1935 to the late Price Joseph and Frances Ritter Smith. She was retired from Dr. Hubbard’s office and a member of Fairfax Church of Christ, where she attended for more than 50 years.

In addition to her husband, she is survived by two children, Pamela Duncan (Paul) Civils and Timothy Marshall Duncan; four grandchildren, Tyler Duncan (Amy) Civils, Marshall Camden (Bennett) Civils, Mary Price Duncan and Henry Mills Duncan; six great grandchildren, one sister, Geraldean Smith Hammer, several family members and friends.

Services will be private with burial in Winchester Cemetery.

Pallbearers will be Tim Duncan, Henry Duncan, Paul Civils, Tyler Civils, Marshall Civils and Mickey England.
