Louise Sebastian Smith, 75, widow of Glynn Smith, passed away Tuesday, October 15, 2019.

She was born April 17, 1944 to the late Elmer and Novella Clark Sebastian, in Winchester, Ky., and was a retired bookkeeper from the former Winchester Bank.

She is survived by daughter Tammy (Berl) Perdue, Winchester; brothers George (Donna) Sebastian, Winchester and John (Nancy) Sebastian, Johnson, In.; sisters Vickie (Wendell) Adams, Winchester and Lois Moore, Harrodsburg, Ky.; grandchildren Britney (Beep) Harper and Kalan (Chelsey) Perdue; great-grandchildren Paxton and Presley Harper, Madden and Marlow Perdue.

She is preceded in death by a daughter Teresa Smith and brother Jr. Sebastian.

Public visitation will be held on Friday from 10:00 am till 12:00 noon, at Rolan G. Taylor Funeral Home. Private burial services will be held at Winchester Cemetery.
