Joan Lee Wise, 87, wife of Jack Wise, passed away Monday, December 9, 2019 at her home.

She was born in Scott Co. on April 15, 1932 to the late James and Sarah Wright Simms. She was a loving wife, mother, and grandmother. She was also a member of First Baptist Church.

She is survived by her husband, two daughters; Kathy (Bill) Leonard, Jackie (Dennis) Estes, two grandchildren; Kelly Estes, James Estes, three sisters; Mary Herrington, Alice Joyce Hay, Daisy Gaines, and several nieces, nephews and cousins.

She is preceded in death by her parents and one sister, Elizabeth Jean Breen.

Celebration of her life will be 12:00PM, Thursday, December 12, 2019 at First Baptist Church by Rev. Tony Stang. Visitation will be from 10:00-12:00PM, Thursday, December 12, 2019 at First Baptist Church.
