Jeff Lewis, director of the Winchester Parks and Recreation Department, speaks to the Winchester Rotary Club Friday. Lewis talked to the club about the history of the College Park facility, the Silver Sneakers program and upcoming events. The WINSPRINT Triathlon is Saturday at 15 Wheeler Ave. The event starts at 7 a.m. and will conclude some time shortly after noon. The Halloween festival is planned for Oct. 19-20. This annual event hosts over 500 per year and includes a haunted house, haunted swamp, inflatables, face and pumpkin painting, and snacks. Tickets are available at the front desk.
