CLARK COUNTY SHERIFF

Charged

— Phillip Combs, 22, of Paris, was charged Tuesday with driving under the influence.

Reports

— At 10:20 a.m. Tuesday, deputies were called to 160 Beechwood Lane concerning a theft using the caller’s credit card information.

WINCHESTER FIRE-EMS

— On Tuesday, EMS personnel responded to 14 general medical calls, two cardiac cases, one seizure, one overdose and one obstetric case.

— At 3:51 p.m. Tuesday, firefighters responded to a motor vehicle accident at Lexington Road and Westchester Drive.

— At 8:34 p.m. Tuesday, firefighters assisted Clark County Fire Department with a structure fire at 1000 Cabin Creek Road.

— At 9:53 p.m. Tuesday, firefighters assisted Powell County firefighters with a structure fire on Snow Creek Road.

— At 11:27 p.m. Tuesday, firefighters responded to a vehicle fire at Maple and Washington streets.

CLARK COUNTY FIRE

— At 12:39 p.m. Tuesday, firefighters were called to 305 Foxglove Lane for an investigation.

— At 3:53 p.m. Tuesday, firefighters responded to an injury accident at Lexington Road and Westchester Drive.

— At 8:31 p.m. Tuesday, firefighters responded to a structure fire on Cabin Creek Road.

— At 11:32 p.m. Tuesday, firefighters responded to a vehicle fire at Maple and Washington streets.

WINCHESTER POLICE

Charged

— Joseph Brent Bailey, 37, was charged Tuesday with theft by unlawful taking.

— Kimberly Townsend, 53, was charged Tuesday with second-degree burglary.

Reports

— At 10:40 a.m. Tuesday, officers were called to 208 E. Hickman St. concerning a counterfeit $100 bill.

— At 2:27 p.m. Tuesday, officers were called to 30 Winchester Plaza concerning an employee theft. Joseph Brent Bailey was arrested for theft by unlawful taking.

— At 4:24 p.m. Tuesday, officers were called to 27 E. Washington St. after a woman broke into the caller’s apartment, assaulted him and took items from the refrigerator. Kimberly Townsend was arrested and charged with second-degree burglary.

— At 6:30 p.m. Tuesday, officers were called to 40 Winchester Plaza for a domestic disturbance.

— At 6:36 p.m. Tuesday, officers were called to 220 Oxford Drive after someone broke into a residence and took a wallet, food and shoes.

— At 7:20 p.m. Tuesday, officers took a report for an emergency protection order.
