CLARK COUNTY SHERIFF
Charged
— Teddy Flynt, 69, of Salyersville, was charged Tuesday with driving under the influence, prescription controlled substance not in proper container and first-degree possession of a controlled substance.
Reports
— At 2 p.m. Tuesday, deputies were called to 3781 Muddy Creek Road after someone removed two heaters and two air conditioners.
— At 7:45 a.m. Monday, deputies were called to 1199 McClure Road concerning two damaged mailboxes.
— At 9:15 a.m. Tuesday, deputies were called to 932 Hackberry Circle after someone broke into a truck and took several tools.
WINCHESTER FIRE-EMS
— On Tuesday, EMS personnel responded to 10 general medical calls, two cardiac cases, one respiratory case and one diabetic case.
CLARK COUNTY FIRE
— At 6:58 p.m. Tuesday, firefighters assisted EMS personnel with a call at Fountain Circle Health and Rehabilitation, 200 Glenway Road.

Reports
— At 5:21 a.m. Tuesday, officers were called to 109 Teakwood Court concerning a phone scam.
— At 2:15 p.m. Tuesday, officers took a report concerning a DVO violation.
— At 4:17 p.m. Tuesday, officers were called to 44 Park Ave. for a domestic disturbance.
— At 6:53 p.m. Tuesday, officers were called to 113 Old Bottom Road for a domestic disturbance.
