CLARK COUNTY SHERIFF

Charged

— Jason Martin, 43 of Lexington, was charged Wednesday with careless driving, tampering with physical evidence, possession of a controlled substance, driving under the influence, resisting arrest and possession of drug paraphernalia.

— Rhonda Evans, 45, of Lancaster, was charged Thursday with no insurance, no brake lights, trafficking in a controlled substance (two counts) and tampering with physical evidence.

— Dennis D. Pinckney Jr. 27, was charged Thursday with trafficking in a controlled substance (two counts), tampering with physical evidence, giving an officer false information and was served three warrants.

Reports

— At 4:22 a.m. Sunday, deputies were called to 118 Mimosa Drive concerning a theft from a bank account.

— At 1:23 p.m. Wednesday, deputies were called to 106 Mary Way for a domestic dispute.

WINCHESTER POLICE

Charged

— Stephanie Ann Eversole, 37, was charged Wednesday with driving on a suspended operator’s license, possession of drug paraphernalia, first-degree possession of a controlled substance, prescription controlled substance not in proper container and was served a warrant.

Reports

— At 4:36 p.m. Wednesday, officers were called to 1215 W. Lexington Ave. concerning two counterfeit $100 bills.

Accidents

— At 8:50 a.m. Wednesday, officers responded to an injury accident on Bypass Road and Cross Brook Lane in which Betty Morgan of Lexington said she was attempting to turn onto Bypass Road, was blinded by the sun and didn’t see other vehicles coming. Morgan said she was turning left when her vehicle was struck by another, driven by Elizabeth Hudson of Irvine. Hudson and her passenger, Lizzie Hudson of Irvine, were transported to Clark Regional Medical Center after complaining of head and neck pain.

CLARK COUNTY FIRE

— At 3:27 p.m. Wednesday, firefighters assisted EMS personnel with a call on Elf Court.

— At 3:54 p.m. Wednesday, firefighters responded to a vehicle fire near the 89 mile marker on Interstate 64.

— At 4:11 p.m. Wednesday, firefighters responded to an injury accident near the 87 mile marker on Interstate 64. The run was canceled.

— At 6:28 p.m. Wednesday, firefighters responded to an alarm sounding on Dogwood Lane.

WINCHESTER FIRE-EMS

— On Wednesday, EMS personnel responded to 19 general medical calls, one cardiac case, one seizure and one stroke.

— At 8:52 a.m. Wednesday, firefighters responded to a motor vehicle accident at 121 Cross Brook Lane.

— At 9:23 a.m. and 9:58 a.m. Wednesday, firefighters responded to an alarm sounding at 201 McCormick Drive. Both incidents were false alarms.

— At 4:11 p.m. Wednesday, firefighters responded to a motor vehicle accident at the 87 mile marker on Interstate 64.
