Charged

— Dylan Dyer, 25, of Lexington, was charged Thursday with disregarding a stop sign, failure to wear seat belt, no registration plate, driving under the influence, careless driving, no operator’s license and was served a warrant.

— Steven Goff, 54, of 418 Royal Blush Court, was charged Friday with failure to wear seat belt, driving on a suspended operator’s license, driving under the influence (third offense) and no proof of insurance.

Reports

— At 11:04 a.m. Wednesday, deputies were called to 8170 Iron Works Road after someone took a trail camera and a safe from a residence.

WINCHESTER FIRE-EMS

— On Thursday, EMS personnel responded to five general medical calls, one cardiac case, one respiratory case, one stroke and two overdoses.

CLARK COUNTY FIRE

— At 3:30 p.m. Thursday, firefighters were called to 1535 W. Lexington Ave. for a smell of gas.

— At 5:09 p.m. Thursday, firefighters assisted EMS personnel with a call on Mount Sterling Road.

— At 5:49 p.m. Thursday, firefighters assisted EMS personnel with a call on Mallard Lane.

Charged

— Roger Travis Collins, 25, was charged Thursday with failure to comply with sex offender registration.

— Jason Henry Mullins, 37, was charged Thursday with second-degree fleeing or evading police, resisting arrest, first-degree possession of a controlled substance and was served two warrants.

— At 4:13 a.m. Thursday, officers were called to 368 E. Washington St. concerning an assault.

— At 2:59 p.m. Thursday, officers were called to 250 Oxford Drive concerning a person receiving a threatening text message.

— At 4:08 p.m. Thursday, officers took a report for an emergency protection order.

— At 7:55 p.m. Thursday, officers were called to 323 Colby Ridge Blvd. for a domestic disturbance.

— At 8:12 p.m. Thursday, officers took a report for an emergency protection order.

— At 10:10 p.m. Thursday, officers were called to 565 Market St. concerning a person making threats.
