Police and fire reports for Jan. 17, 2018
WINCHESTER FIRE-EMS
— From Friday through Monday, EMS personnel responded to 65 general medical calls, 13 cardiac cases, nine respiratory cases, one diabetic case, two strokes, one seizure and two overdoses.
— At 12:51 p.m. Saturday, firefighters responded to a downed power line at 900 Bypass Road.
— At 4:15 p.m. Saturday, firefighters responded to an alarm sounding at 408 S. Maple St. It was a false alarm.
— At 11:24 a.m., 3:58 p.m. and 7:35 p.m. Monday, firefighters responded to an alarm sounding at 1315 Enterprise Drive. All calls were false alarms.
— At 12:24 p.m., 3:57 p.m. and 7:33 p.m. Monday, firefighters responded to an alarm sounding at 4000 Corporate Drive. All calls were false alarms.
— At 4 p.m. Monday, firefighters responded to an alarm sounding at 2005 Fortune Drive. It was a false alarm.
— At 9:15 p.m. Monday, firefighters were called to 341 E. Broadway St. after a gas heater ignited and charred a wall. Firefighters turned off the gas and removed the smoke.
CLARK COUNTY FIRE
— At 2:06 p.m. Friday, firefighters assisted EMS personnel with a call at Fountain Circle, 200 Glenway Road.
— At 10:01 p.m. Friday, firefighters assisted EMS personnel with a call at 1228 Trapp Goffs Corner Road.
— At 1:28 p.m. Saturday, firefighters responded to an alarm sounding at 304 Hummingbird Road.
— At 1:32 p.m. Monday, firefighters provided mutual aid for Clay City Fire Department at a structure fire.
