CLARK COUNTY SHERIFF
Reports
— At 9:21 a.m. Tuesday, deputies were called to 524 Treehaven Drive concerning a fraudulent tax return filed in the caller’s name.
Accidents
— At 3:11 p.m. Tuesday, deputies responded to an injury accident on Interstate 64 near the 97 mile marker in which Robin Dennis of Sumter, South Carolina, was traveling east when a tire blew on her vehicle and she lost control. The vehicle went off the highway and overturned. Dennis was transported to Clark Regional Medical Center with unspecified injuries.
WINCHESTER FIRE-EMS
— On Tuesday, EMS personnel responded to 17 general medical calls, one cardiac case, two respiratory cases and one seizure.
— At 3:11 p.m. Tuesday, EMS personnel responded to a motor vehicle accident on Interstate 64 near the 98 mile marker.
CLARK COUNTY FIRE
— At 10:54 a.m. Tuesday, firefighters responded to an alarm sounding at 5855 Rockwell Road.
— At 11:58 a.m. Tuesday, firefighters assisted EMS personnel with a call at 1265 Juett Point Road.
— At 3:12 p.m. Tuesday, firefighters responded to an injury accident on Interstate 64 near the 98 mile marker.
WINCHESTER POLICE
Charged
— James C. Hudson, 48, was charged Tuesday with driving on a DUI-suspended operator’s license (second offense).
— Ruth A. Zamarron, 48, was charged Tuesday with failure to or improper signal and driving on a DUI-suspended operator’s license (second offense).
Reports
— At 2:45 p.m. Tuesday, officers were called to 620 N. Maple St. concerning a theft.
— At 4:41 p.m. Tuesday, officers were called to 2745 Boonesboro Road concerning a person making threats.
