CLARK COUNTY SHERIFF

Charged

— Latasha Conner, 27, of 10 Denny Ave., was charged Sunday with public intoxication, possession of drug paraphernalia and first-degree possession of a controlled substance.

Reports

— At 11:24 a.m. Monday, deputies were called to 32 Foxboro Court after someone stole a number of items from a truck and a storage building.

— At 2 p.m. Friday, deputies were called to 515 Morris Road for a fight in progress.

— At 12:19 p.m. Saturday, deputies were called to 1151 Trapp Goffs Corner Road after someone broke into a residence and took property.

Accidents

— At 6:40 p.m. Monday, deputies responded to an injury accident on Veterans Memorial Parkway in which  Melvin A. Banks of Campton was turning onto Ecton Road when his vehicle was struck by an oncoming vehicle, driven by Autumn Scott of 3692 Old Ruckerville Road. A passenger in Banks’ vehicle, Eldoria I. Fugate of Campton, was transported to Clark Regional Medical Center with unspecified injuries.

WINCHESTER FIRE-EMS

— From Friday through Monday, EMS personnel responded to 56 general medical cals, 13 cardiac cases, four respiratory cases, one stroke, two seizures and one obstetric case.

— At 3:36 a.m. Friday, firefighters responded to a motor vehicle accident at Rolling Hills Lane and Fortune Drive.

— At 1:24 p.m. Friday, firefighters responded to an alarm sounding at 605 Rolling Hills Lane. It was a false alarm.

— At 9:34 a.m. Monday, firefighters responded to an alarm sounding at the Brown Proctor Apartments, 108 S. Main St. it was a false alarm.

— At 6:40 p.m. Monday, firefighters responded to a motor vehicle accident at Veterans Memorial Parkway and Ecton Road.

CLARK COUNTY FIRE

— At 11:14 a.m. Monday, firefighters assisted EMS personnel with a call at 5160 Colby Road.

— At 11:22 a.m. Monday, firefighters assisted EMS personnel with a call at 6898 Paris Road.

— At 1:09 p.m. Monday, firefighters were called to 100 Brinegar Lane for a large animal rescue.

— At 7:24 p.m. Monday, firefighters responded to a motor vehicle accident at Veterans Memorial Parkway and Ecton Road.

— At 5:51 a.m. Tuesday, firefighters assisted EMS personnel with a call at 150 Spencer Lane.

Charged

— Matthew D. Campbell, 37, was charged Monday with first-degree criminal mischief (two counts), resisting arrest and menacing.

— Debra Lukasavage, 31, was charged Saturday as a fugitive from justice.

— Cory Travis Potts, 38, was charged Saturday with theft by unlawful taking.

— Mark Anthony Thomas, 45, was charged Friday with violation of an EPO/DVO

— Hobart Keith Tipton, 26, was charged Friday with theft by unlawful taking.

— Donald J. Vires, 58, was charged Friday with carrying a concealed deadly weapon.

— Donald J. White, 38, was charged Monday with reckless driving, first-degree fleeing or evading police, driving on a suspended operator’s license and driving under the influence.

— At 12:05 a.m. Friday, officers were called to Carolina and Wabash avenues concerning a stolen purse.

— At 1:28 p.m. Friday, officers were called to Rural King, 951 Bypass Road, concerning a theft. Hobart Keith Tipton was arrested and charged with theft by unlawful taking.

— At 7:40 p.m. Friday, officers were called to 250 Oxford Drive for a domestic disturbance. Mark Thomas was arrested and charged with violation of an EPO/DVO.

— At 2:37 a.m. Saturday, officers took a report concerning a possible rape.

— At 4:05 p.m. Saturday, officers were called to 555 Country Club Court for a domestic disturbance.

— At 4:13 p.m. Saturday, officers were called to 113 S. Main St. for a domestic disturbance. Debra Lukasavage was arrested on a warrant for being a fugitive from justice.

— At 6:26 p.m. Saturday, officers were called to Rural King, 951 Bypass Road, concerning a theft of a knife. Cory Travis Potts was arrested and charged with theft by unlawful taking.

— At 7:03 p.m. Saturday, officers were called to 27 E. Washington St. concerning a person threatening people with a hammer. Matthew Campbell was arrested on multiple charges.

— At 9:57 a.m. Sunday, officers were called to 15 Hays St. concerning an assault.

— At 4:56 p.m. Sunday, officers were called to 192 Wabash Ave. after a person forced their way inside and made threats.

— At 9:17 p.m. Sunday, officers were called to 353 E. Washington St. concerning a stolen cell phone.

— At 2:46 a.m. Monday, officers were called to 27 E. Washington St. concerning a broken window. Matthew Campbell was arrested on multiple charges.

— At 9:37 a.m. Monday, officers were called to 146 Magnolia St. for a breaking and entering complaint.

— At 4:50 p.m. Monday, officers were called to 146 Magnolia St. after someone broke a window on a vehicle.

— At 11:27 p.m. Monday, officers were called to Kroger, 1661 Bypass Road, concerning a theft of food.

— At 11:45 p.m. Monday, officers were called to 648 Frito Lane concerning a stolen cell phone.
