Charged
— Justin McClelland, 22, of 603 Venable Road, was charged Friday with driving under the influence, possession of marijuana, driving on a suspended operator’s license and improper start.
Reports
— At 6:48 p.m. Sunday, deputies were called to 990 Red River Road concerning a dog attack. The victim said she was bitten multiple times on the arm while trying to separate two dogs which were fighting.
CLARK COUNTY FIRE
— At 11:47 a.m. Friday, firefighters assisted EMS personnel with a call on Iron Works Road.
— At 12:34 p.m. Sunday, firefighters assisted EMS personnel with a call on Irvine Road.
— At 3:21 p.m. Sunday, firefighters responded to an alarm sounding at 21 Cardinal Lane.
— At 6:53 p.m. Sunday, firefighters assisted EMS personnel with a call on Red River Road.
— At 11:37 p.m. Sunday, firefighters assisted EMS personnel with a call on Jones Nursery Road.
WINCHESTER POLICE
Charged
— Charles Aaron Adams, 39, was charged Friday with theft by unlawful taking.
— Sherri A. Burton, 47, was charged Friday with fourth-degree assault.
Reports
— At 8:50 a.m. Friday, officers were called to Clark County Community Services, 30 Taylor Ave., after someone stole several pallets.
— At 11:04 a.m. Friday, officers were called to 847 Bypass Road concerning a theft.
— At 12:38 p.m. Friday, officers were called to 25 Carol Road after someone passed a counterfeit $100 bill.
— At 3:33 p.m. Friday, officers took a report concerning a harassing communications complaint.
— At 3:36 p.m. Friday, officers were called to 124 Abbeywood Court concerning a property damage complaint, assault and a possible overdose.
— At 3:39 p.m. Friday, officers were called to 1221 Bypass Road concerning the theft of a compressor from a truck.
WINCHESTER FIRE-EMS
— During the weekend, EMS personnel responded to 39 general medical calls, six cardiac cases, four respiratory cases, one diabetic case, four seizures and four overdoses.
— At 11:40 a.m. Friday, firefighters responded to a motor vehicle accident near 5820 Iron Works Road.
— At 1:41 p.m. Saturday, firefighters responded to a kitchen fire at the Clark County Detention Center, 30 Wall St.
— At 5:06 p.m. Saturday, firefighters responded to an alarm sounding at 201 Prescott Lane. It was a false alarm.
— At 12:42 p.m. Sunday, firefighters responded to a motor vehicle accident at Lexington Avenue and Main Street.
