WINCHESTER FIRE-EMS

— On Wednesday, EMS personnel responded to 11 general medical calls, two cardiac cases and two respiratory cases.

— At 9:56 a.m. Wednesday, EMS personnel responded to an alarm sounding at 30 Beckner St. It was a false alarm.

— At 12:19 p.m. Wednesday, EMS personnel responded to an alarm sounding at 147 Magnolia St. It was a false alarm.

Charged

— Christopher Clay Adams, 33, was charged Wednesday with theft by unlawful taking (automobile) $500 or more, possession of burglary tools, second-degree criminal mischief and first-degree possession of a controlled substance (first offense, meth).

— Donald Chaplin, 56, was charged Wednesday with prescription controlled substance not in the original container, buying or possessing drug paraphernalia and possession of burglary tools.

— Darvis Macintosh, 40, was charged Wednesday with unauthorized parking in a handicap zone, public intoxication of a controlled substance, first-degree possession of a controlled substance (first offense, meth), third-degree possession of a controlled substance, buying or possessing drug paraphernalia and receiving stolen property under $500.

— At 5:27 a.m. Wednesday officers responded to a noise disturbance at 250 Oxford Drive.

— At 8:02 a.m. Wednesday, officers responded to 23 Alabama St. concerning a stolen cell phone and $200 cash.

— At 9:39 a.m. Wednesday, officers responded to the area of East Broadway and Smith streets concerning a two-year-old child found in the roadway. The child’s guardian was located.

— At 9:46 a.m. Wednesday, officers responded to 224 Madison Ave. concerning a stolen keyboard.

— At 10:06 a.m. Wednesday, officers responded to 27 W. Broadway St. concerning shoplifting.

— At 1:36 p.m. Wednesday, officers responded to the area of 626 W. Lexington Ave. concerning juveniles throwing rocks, breaking windows and skateboarding in front of vehicles in the roadway.

— At 3:49 p.m. Wednesday, officers responded to 300 CG Stephenson Drive concerning stolen packages.

— At 8:44 p.m. Wednesday, officers responded to 27 W. Broadway St. concerning shoplifting.
