— Samantha Jo Raleigh, first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance, pleaded guilty, recommended seven years, sentencing June 13; second-degree persistent felony offender, dismissed.

— Crickett Moore, second-degree criminal abuse, sentenced to five years; second-degree criminal abuse, sentenced to five years, two years consecutive to previous count for total of seven years.

— Jeffrey S. Williams, complicity to second-degree criminal abuse (two counts), sentenced to one year, diverted for three years.

— Andrew Phillips, second-degree burglary, sentenced to six years.
