Bill and Sue Dailey of Winchester will celebrate 50 years of marriage Sunday.

The couple met in Venezuela, where Sue lived and Bill was a principal. They were married Dec. 29, 1969, in Puerto Rico.

They have three children: Teri Davis of Aiken, South Carolina; Jimmy (and Julie) Dailey of Winchester and Jennifer (and Emmett Grissam) of Winchester; four grandchildren: Alison Davis of Aiken, South Carolina; Hayden Elliott of Richmond, Karlee Grissam of Winchester and Sarah Dailey of Winchester; one great-grandchild, Kayli, and one on the way.
