Winchester Fire-EMS Lt. Matthew Beard and firefighter Nick Riggs hang banners on the courthouse Wednesday night in preparation for the Daniel Boone Pioneer Festival this weekend. Festival activities begin tonight with the street dance at 6:30 p.m. Arts and crafts vendors will be at College Park Saturday and Sunday. The festival culminates with the Kitty Strode Concert Series featuring Sundy Best at headliner at 6 p.m. Sunday at Lykins Park.
