CLARK COUNTY SHERIFF
Charged
— Holly Walsh, 26, of 180 Clare Drive, was charged Monday with theft by unlawful taking, prescription controlled substance not in proper container and first-degree possession of a controlled substance.
Accidents
— At 8:13 a.m. Monday, deputies responded to an injury accident on Combs Ferry Road in which Ashley Bush of 306 Graves St. was traveling north and said she swerved to avoid an oncoming vehicle. Her car went off the road, returned to the road and struck the other vehicle head on. The other driver, Paul D. Williams of Paris, said he had slowed to turn onto Sundown Lane and the other vehicle rounded the curve at a high rate of speed, went off the road and the driver overcorrected. Bush was transported to Clark Regional Medical Center with unspecified injuries.
— At 8:37 a.m. Thursday, deputies responded to an injury accident on Muddy Creek Road in which a vehicle struck a tree. The only person in the vehicle, Valerie L. Herron of 529 Country Club Court, said she was not driving and the owner fled before deputies arrived. She was transported to the University of Kentucky Medical Center with unspecified injuries.
WINCHESTER FIRE-EMS
— On Monday, emergency personnel responded to 14 general medical calls, two cardiac cases, two respiratory cases, one diabetic case, one seizure and two obstetric cases.

Charged
— Jordan P. Alvarez, 26, was charged Monday with second-degree possession of a controlled substance, third-degree trafficking in a controlled substance and tampering with physical evidence.
— David S. Havens, 50, was charged Monday with possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of open container of alcohol in motor vehicle and driving under the influence.
— Logan T. Ramsey, 19, was charged Monday with driving under the influence, failure to maintain insurance, license to be in possession and possession of marijuana.
— Thomas Stull, 79, was charged Monday with theft by unlawful taking.

— At 7:49 a.m. Monday, officers took a report concerning a theft.
— At 7:59 a.m. Monday, officers were called to 184 Shoppers Drive after someone broke into a building during the night.
— At 10:23 a.m. Monday, officers took a report concerning a possible sexual abuse.
— At 10:35 a.m. Monday, officers were called to Kroger, 1661 Bypass Road, concerning the theft of three 36-packs of beer. Thomas Stull was arrested and charged with theft by unlawful taking.
— At 12:51 p.m. Monday, officers were called to 102 W. Lexington Ave. concerning a theft of drills.
— At 5:34 p.m. Monday, officers were called to 146 W. Lexington Ave. concerning a theft of property.
— At 8:42 p.m. Monday, officers were called to 218 Blair Ave. concerning a stolen lawn mower.
— At 9:27 p.m. Monday, officers were called to 1695 Bypass Road concerning a theft.

— At 4:35 p.m. Friday, firefighters responded to an alarm sounding at 250 N. Main St.
— At 6:14 p.m. Saturday, firefighters assisted EMS personnel with a call at 573 Constitution Drive.
— At 9:50 p.m. Saturday, firefighters assisted EMS personnel with a call at 1444 Jones Nursery Road.
— At 8:14 a.m. Monday, firefighters responded to an injury accident near 185 Sundown Lane.
— At 6:05 p.m. Monday, firefighters responded to an alarm sounding at 203 Lamond Ruelle.
