— At 7:05 a.m. Monday, deputies were called to 418 Mount Vernon Drive after a lawn mower and other items were taken from the back of a pickup truck.
— On Monday, deputies were called to 611 Bunker Hill Drive after a vehicle was vandalized.
WINCHESTER FIRE-EMS
— On Monday, emergency personnel responded to 20 general medical calls, one respiratory case and two cardiac cases.
— At 5:51 p.m. Monday, firefighters were called to 119 Buckner St. for a fire in a back yard.

Charged
— Stephanie Ann Christopher, 31, was charged Monday with receiving stolen property (two counts).
— Donald Wayne Foster, 55, was charged Monday with second-degree burglary.

— At 12:30 a.m. Monday, officers were called to 27 E. Washington St. for a harassment complaint.
— At 1:53 a.m. Monday, officers were called to 525 Kiwi Drive after someone broke into a residence and took an air conditioner, two televisions and a radio.
— At 2:08 a.m. Monday, officers were called to 250 Oxford Drive concerning a stolen handgun.
— At 8:38 a.m. Monday, officers were called to 39 Seventh St. concerning a stolen iPhone.
— At 10:23 a.m. Monday, officers were called to 16 Upper St. concerning a stolen ladder.
— At 10:57 a.m. Monday, officers took a report concerning a theft from a business.
— At 12:22 p.m. Monday, officers were called to 1476 W. Lexington Ave. after a cell phone was found in the parking lot.
— At 1:10 p.m. Monday, officers were called to 825 Bypass Road concerning possible tampering with a night deposit vault.
— At 1:11 p.m. Monday, officers were called to 410 Boone Ave. after someone damaged a swimming pool pump.
— At 1:49 p.m. Monday, officers took a report concerning stolen credit cards.
— At 2:22 p.m. Monday, officers took a report concerning a wallet which was stolen at College Park.
— At 4:41 p.m. Monday, officers were called to 419 E. Washington St. after someone broke into a residence. Stephanie Ann Christopher and Donald Wayne Foster were both arrested in connection with the incident.
— At 5:24 p.m. Monday, officers took a report concerning a stolen lawn mower.
— At 8:24 p.m. Monday, officers were called to 21 Franklin Ave. concerning a stolen bicycle.
