James “Jim” Milton Combs, 83, went to be with the Lord on the evening of Monday, December 23, 2024. Jim was the son of the late Florida Sparks Combs and Doyle Combs. Jim leaves behind a sister, Sondra Combs Williams Morgan (Richard); nieces, Tiffanie Williams Caristo and Summer Williams Withrow (Eric), also several other nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by brothers Calvin Combs and Forest Combs (Emma); sisters Vernetta Combs Watts and Helen Combs Smith; niece Christy Watts and nephew Johnny “Paboo” Watts. Funeral arrangements were private on Friday, December 27, 2028. Burial in Winchester Cemetery.
