CLARK COUNTY SHERIFF
Reports
— At 5:06 p.m. Monday, deputies ewre called to 215 Shannon Court concerning a domestic dispute.
— At 8:07 a.m. Tuesday, deputies were called to 541 Irvine Road after someone broke into a residence and took several pieces of jewelry from a safe.
— At 11:22 a.m. Tuesday, deputies were called to 201 Blueberry Lane No. 32 concerning an attempted burglary of a storage unit. The victim said the lock was cut off and there was a person standing inside the unit. The suspect fled before deputies arrived.
— At 10:45 p.m. Tuesday, deputies were called to 2695 Trapp Goff’s Corner Road for a criminal trespassing complaint.

— At 6:20 p.m. Tuesday, firefighters responded to an injury accident at Red River and Irvine roads.
WINCHESTER POLICE
Charged
— Carl. L. Coles, 54, was charged Tuesday with first-degree burglary.
— Toniya L. Coles, 49, was charged Tuesday with first-degree burglary.
— James Lee Deen, 24, was charged Tuesday with pulbic intoxication, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Reports
— At 1:42 p.m. Tuesday, officers were called to 2 Linden Lane for an investigation. Francis Purvis was arrested and charged with first-degree criminal abuse.
— At 2:01 p.m. Tuesday, officers took a report concerning a lost wallet.
— At 5:03 p.m. Tuesday, officers were called to 114 E. Lexington Ave. after someone broke the window on the caller’s vehicle.
— At 6:34 p.m. Tuesday, officers were called to 2800 Corporate Drive concerning a missing and broken phone.
— At 7:10 p.m. Tuesday, officers were called to 1020 Bypass Road concerning a stolen trailer.
— At 7:19 p.m. Tuesday, officers took a report concerning a stolen lawn mower.
— At 8:15 p.m. Tuesday, officers were called to 4 Carol Road concerning a counterfeit $100 bill.
— At 8:34 p.m. Tuesday, officers were called to 30 Wheeler Ave. concerning an assault.
— At 9:44 p.m. Tuesday, officers were called to 345 Hill St. after three firearms were stolen.
— At 11 p.m. Tuesday, officers were called to 335 Carolina Ave. after a man and a woman threatened the caller with a gun. Carl Coles and Toniya Coles were arrested and charged with first-degree burglary.
Accidents
— At 11:47 a.m. Tuesday, officers responded to an injury accident on West Lexington Avenue in which Jerry Gilley of 21 Franklin Ave. was traveling east when a vehicle in front of him, driven by Eugene Miller Jr. of 15 Shelley Drive, stopped suddenly and he could not stop in time to avoid the collision. When Gilley stopped, his vehicle was struck form behind by a third, driven by Deborah Snowden of Clay City. A passenger in Snowden’s vehicle was transported to Clark Regional Medical Center with unspecified injuries.
WINCHESTER FIRE-EMS
— On Tuesday, emergency personnel responded to 14 general medical calls, two cardiac cases, one respiratory case, one diabetic case and three seizures.
— At 5:07 p.m. Tuesday, firefighters responded to an alarm sounding at 2 Jefferson St. It was a false alarm.
— At 7:18 p.m. Tuesday, firefighters were called to 20 Rose Mary Drive for an alarm sounding. It was a false alarm.
— At 11:05 p.m. Tuesday, firefighters responded to a Dumpster fire behind Broadway Cafe.
