Jeffrey Allen Kortbein, 49, passed away on Tuesday, June 11, 2024, at the Clark Regional Medical Center. Born in Elizabethtown, Kentucky, on November 16, 1974, he was the son of Dennis Allen Kortbein and the late Wanda Fox Fielder.

In addition to his father he is survived by a special friend, Mike Stamper; stepmother, Peggy Kortbein; brothers, Thomas (Mollie) Viars and Wesley Viars; son, Dylan (Alana) Kortbein; granddaughters, Ava and Lucy Kortbein; nieces, Brittney, Samantha, China, and Alayna Viars; several extended family members and friends.
