Sean Mitchell Segler, 56 – Criminal mischief – 1st degree. Operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/substance. Leaving scene of accident – failure to render aid or assistance. Failure to owner to maintain required insurance/security – 1st offense. Failure to produce an insurance card. Possession of open alcoholic beverage container in motor vehicle.

Shonna L. Smith, 38 – No or expired registration plates. Failure of owner to maintain required insurance/security – 1st offense.

Jerry L. Sons, 71 – No or expired registration plates. Operating on a suspended/revoked operators license.

Wilbert Antonio Soto, 49 – Alcohol intoxication in a public place – 1st & 2nd offenses.

Mary Margaret Strange, 35 – Harassment.

April 13

Jacob Colby Fulton, 32 – Failure to appear – citation for misdemeanor. Non-payment of court costs, fees or fine.

Robert Virgil Pensol, 50 – Public intoxication of a controlled substance (excludes alcohol).

Amber N. Saylor, 31 – Public intoxication of a controlled substance (excludes alcohol). Drug paraphernalia – buy/possess. Possession of a controlled substance – 1st degree – 1st offense (methamphetamine).

Robert Virgil Pensol, 50 – Public intoxication of a controlled substance (excludes alcohol). Disorderly conduct – 2nd degree. Resisting arrest.
