Pearl Interactive Network – located near Lowe’s on Bypass Road – received a ten-year federal government contract extension in May.
With it, the company expects to hire approximately 650 new employees at its call center.
As mentioned in a press release, they will be doing so with a new leadership team.
Tony Listermann has been named Pearl Interactive Network’s Director of Operations, while Cliff Edwards was recently named Winchester Site Director.
“The senior management team of Pearl Interactive Network, Inc., a government contractor managing a 700-seat contact center located at 1025 Bypass Road, Winchester, Kentucky, is excited to announce the promotion of Tony Listermann to Director of Operations and Cliff Edwards to Site Director,” said the release.
For nearly a decade, Listermann helped oversee the operations department.
Prior experience includes budgeting, management, policy, procedure, statistical reporting, operations management, leadership development, and facilitating coordination and communication between support functions.
Listermann previously obtained his bachelor of arts degree in political science with a minor in psychology and later a master of public administration degree from Eastern Kentucky University.
He is a member of Pi Sigma Alpha, a national political science honor society for students with excellent academic performance. He also is a member of the honorable order of Kentucky Colonels granted by Kentucky Governor Andy Beshear.
Cliff Edwards has been hired with prior experience, having first engaged with Pearl Interactive Networks to assist in launching and managing Pearl’s 2020 Census contract, a 900-seat contact center operation located in Tempe, Arizona.
He has overseen customer service, sales and technical support centers in different environments that include operating on both commercial and large government contracts.
Edwards brings fifteen years of contract experience and has held operational management positions for the last seven years.
In taking on the position, Edwards and his family – including a wife and two daughters – have recently relocated to Winchester.
Operationally, Pearl Interactive Network’s Winchester Contact Center services the federal Affordable Health Care contract accessing a workforce that peaks at over 700 employees yearly. The number of new employees to be located in Winchester represents substantial growth from the previous year’s number of 450.
