CLARK COUNTY SHERIFF
Reports
— At 10:04 p.m. Sunday, deputies were called to 1859 Bypass Road, concerning a stolen or lost cell phone.
WINCHESTER FIRE-EMS
— On Monday, emergency personnel responded to 10 general medical calls, seven cardiac cases, one respiratory case, one stroke and one seizure.
CLARK COUNTY FIRE
— At 9:05 a.m. Monday, firefighters responded to an injury accident near the 92 mile marker on Interstate 64.
WINCHESTER POLICE
Charged
— Karen Sue Banks, 50, was charged Monday with second-degree burglary, possession of burglary tools, first-degree possession of a controlled substance, second-degree possession of a controlled substance (two counts) and third-degree possession of a controlled substance.
— Michael D. Dodson, 28, was charged Monday with first-degree possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and was served a warrant.
— Thomas W. McIntosh, 63, was charged Monday with second-degree burglary and possession of burglary tools.
Reports
— At 6:36 a.m. Monday, officers were called to 305 W. Hickman St. concerning a person inside a residence with a flashlight. Karen Sue Banks and Thomas W. McIntosh were arrested on multiple charges.
— At 9:11 a.m. Monday, officers were called to 27 E. Washington St. concerning a stolen television.
— At 12:19 p.m. Monday, officers were called to 27 E. Washington St. concerning an elderly male who was assaulted with a skillet. A second person was also transported to the hospital.
— At 12:34 p.m. Monday, officers took a report concerning a DVO violation.
— At 3 p.m. Monday, officers were called to 113 Holiday Road concerning a suspicious person. Michael Dodson was arrested on multiple charges.
— At 4:13 p.m. Monday, officers took a report concerning a property damage complaint.
— At 9:52 p.m. Monday, officers took a report concerning a stolen bicycle.
— At 11:09 p.m. Monday, officers were called to Walmart, 1859 Bypass Road, concerning a theft.
