CLARK COUNTY SHERIFF

Charged

— John Hurt, 61, of 4365 Trapp Goffs Corner Road, was charged Saturday with fourth-degree assault.

— Nathan A. Hall, 25, of 107 Heather Lane, was charged Saturday with fourth-degree assault.

— Melissa A. Flora, 46, of 537 Constitution Drive, was charged Saturday with hindering prosecution.

Reports

— At 4 a.m. Saturday, deputies took a report concerning harassing phone messages.

— At 7:37 p.m. Sunday, deputies were called to Dollar General, 1220 Irvine Road, after a person stole two boxes of diapers and left in a gray or silver Ford Escape.

— At 1:24 a.m. Friday, firefighters assisted EMS personnel with a call at 406 Harney Drive.

— At 7:02 p.m. Friday, firefighters assisted EMS personnel with a call at Fountain Circle, 200 Glenway Road

— At 7:28 p.m. Friday, firefighters responded to an injury accident at Todds and Combs Ferry Roads.

— At 2:14 p.m. Saturday, firefighters responded to a structure fire at 19 Robyn Drive. It was out upon arrival.

— At 6:49 p.m. Saturday, firefighters assisted EMS personnel with a call at 215 Locust Grove Road.

— At 9:01 p.m. Saturday, firefighters assisted EMS personnel with a call at 205 Gentry Lane.

— At 3:36 p.m. Sunday, firefighters responded to a brush fire at 660 Grimes Mill Road.

— At 1:56 a.m. Monday, firefighters assisted EMS personnel with a call at Fountain Circle, 200 Glenway Road.

— Richard A. Gilbert, 43, was charged Saturday with driving under the influence.

— Keith Douglas Glaspie, 27, was charged Sunday with theft by unlawful taking.

— Matthew Kenny Houston, 36, was charged Saturday with theft by unlawful taking.

— Dale Edward Larson, 53, was charged Saturday with fourth-degree assault.

— At 10:58 a.m.Saturday, officers were called to 8 Carol Ave. concerning a theft of money from a safe.

— At 3:18 p.m. Saturday, officers were called to 1509 Bypass Road concerning a theft. Matthew Kenny Houston was arrested and charged with theft by unlawful taking.

— At 6:22 p.m. Saturday, officers were called to 105 Hospital Drive concerning a stolen wallet.

— At 7:33 a.m. Sunday, officers were called to 241 E. Washington St. concerning a damaged fence.

— At 10:55 a.m. Sunday, officers were called to 960 Interstate Drive concerning drug paraphernalia.

— At 9:23 p.m. Sunday, officers were called to 141 Stevenson Heights concerning an assault.

WINCHESTER FIRE-EMS

— During the weekend, emergency personnel responded to 35 general medical calls, six cardiac cases, three respiratory cases, one diabetic case, one stroke, one seizure, two overdoses and one obstetric case.

— At 8:30 a.m. Friday, firefighters responded to an alarm sounding at 2005 Fortune Drive. It was a false alarm.

— At 10:34 a.m. Friday, firefighters responded to an alarm sounding at 14 Park Ave. It was a false alarm.

— At 12:49 p.m. Saturday, EMS personnel responded to a structure fire with Clark County firefighters at 19 Robyn Drive.

— At 3:38 p.m. Saturday, firefighters were called to 1403 W. Lexington Ave. for a service call.

— At 1:01 a.m. Sunday, firefighters responded to an alarm sounding at 200 Rose Mary Drive. It was a false alarm.

— At 4:29 a.m. Sunday, firefighters responded to a smoke detector sounding at 16 Kittison Drive. It was caused by a burned motor in the HVAC unit.

— At 7:44 p.m. Sunday, firefighters were called to 4 Burton Ave. for an electrical fire in the attic.
