WINCHESTER POLICE
Charged
— Dustin Paul Charles, 33, was charged Friday with theft by unlawful taking under $500.
— Jamie Nichole Christopher, 23, was charged Friday with public intoxication of a controlled substance, first-degree wanton endangerment and first-degree criminal simulation.
— Lauren A. Collins, 20, was charged Sunday with driving under the influence of alcohol under age 21.
— Brad Lee Crabtree, 35, was charged Sunday with improper equipment and driving on a suspended or revoked license.
— Megan Marie Hill, 29, was charged Saturday with second-degree fleeing or evading police.
— John T. Hinkson, 22, was charged Sunday with alcohol intoxication in a public place.
— Donald Wayne Lykins, 46, was charged Sunday with violation of an EPO/DVO and failure or improper signal.
— Nicholas Ryan McCarty, 30, was charged Friday with public intoxication of a controlled substance, first-degree possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine, first offense), first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance (first offense), buying/possessing drug paraphernalia and first-degree wanton endangerment.
— Adrian Olguin, 32, was charged Sunday with leaving the scene of an accident.
— Kerstin Jo Necole Taylor, 22, was charged Friday with theft by unlawful taking under $500 and tampering with physical evidence.
— Bernard E. Watking, 41, was charged Saturday with failure to maintain insurance and no or expired registration plates.

— At 10:33 a.m. Friday, officers responded to 114 Franklin Ave. in reference to someone passed out in a truck with a child in the back seat. Jamie Nichole Christopher, 23, was arrested and charged with public intoxication of a controlled substance, first-degree wanton endangerment and first-degree criminal simulation.
— At 12:57 p.m. Friday, officers responded to 1661 Bypass Road in reference to a shoplifter. Dustin Paul Charles, 33, was arrested and charged with theft by unlawful taking under $500.
— At 1:14 p.m. Friday, officers responded to 32 French Ave. in reference to a theft.
— At 2:51 p.m. Friday, officers responded to 33 Buckner St. in reference to an assault.
—At 6:46 p.m. Friday, officers responded to 7 Calloway St. in reference to a theft.
—At 10:31 p.m. Friday, officers responded to 4 Carol Road in reference to theft of a cell phone. Kerstin Jo Necole Taylor, 22, was arrested and charged with theft by unlawful taking under $500 and tampering with physical evidence.
— At 11:45 p.m. Friday, officers responded to 1859 Bypass Road in reference to theft.
— At 12:46 a.m. Saturday, officers responded to 27 E. Washington St. in reference to an assault.
— At 7:14 p.m. Saturday, officers responded to 1859 Bypass Road in reference to a customer stealing. Megan Marie Hill, 29, was arrested and charged with second-degree fleeing or evading police.
— At 9:17 p.m. Saturday, officers responded to Washington Street and Burns Avenue in reference to a hit and run.
— At 10:02 p.m. Saturday, officers responded to 121 Crawford Ave. in reference to woman being hit by a vehicle which left the scene.
— At 3:22 a.m. Sunday, officers responded to 300 CG Stephenson Drive in reference to a fight in progress.
— At 8:38 p.m. Sunday, officers responded to 22 Prescott Lane in reference to vandalism to a mailbox.
— At 11:35 a.m. Sunday, officers responded to 300 CG Stephenson Drive in reference to a domestic disturbance.
— At 3:52 p.m. Sunday, officers took a report of a sexual assault.
— At 8:22 p.m. Sunday, officers responded to 98 Clay St. in reference to an assault.
— At 8:44 p.m. Sunday, officers responded to 36 Lincoln St. in reference to someone throwing rocks at the house.

FIRE-EMS
— Over the weekend, emergency personnel responded to 42 general medical calls, three cardiac cases, four respiratory cases, one stroke, two diabetic cases, four seizures, one overdose and one obstetrics case.
— At 2:50 p.m. Friday, firefighters responded to a false alarm sounding at 18 N. Main St.
— At 2:09 a.m. Sunday, firefighters responded to a false alarm sounding at 108 S. Main St.
— At 10:16 a.m. Sunday, firefighters assisted county fire with a structure fire at 13239 Irvine Road.
CLARK COUNTY FIRE
— At 11:34 a.m. Friday, firefighers responded to a brush fire on Red River Road.
— At 8:53 a.m. Saturday, firefighters assisted emergency medical services on Flanagan Station Road.
— At 2:02 p.m. Sunday, firefighters assisted EMS on Paris Road.
— At 10:14 a.m. Sunday, firefighters responded to a structure fire at 13239 Irvine Road. When firefighters arrived the home was heavily involved. Winchester Fire-EMS and Estill County Fire Department were called in for mutual aid. Firefighters were able to extinguish the home. A cause of the fire is still under investigation. There were no injuries reported.
— At 1:02 p.m. Sunday, firefighters assisted EMS on Donaldson Road.

— At 11:23 a.m. Friday, deputies responded to 2351 Old Boonesboro Road in reference to a burglary.
— At 4:21 p.m. Friday, deputies responded to 13544 Irvine Road in reference to property damage.
— At 8:36 p.m. Friday, deputies responded to Interstate 64 West in reference to a reckless driver. Robyn Chenault was arrested and charged with possession of a controlled substance.
— At 5 p.m. Saturday, deputies responded to 310 Agawam Road in reference to an assault.
— At 5 p.m. Saturday, deputies responded to 340 Browning Lane in reference to a person with a firearm.
— At 1:40 a.m. Sunday, deputies responded to 123 Cherokee Drive in reference to a fight.
— At 4:54 p.m. Sunday, deputies responded to 1522 Southwest Two Mile Road in reference to a burglary.

— At 10:59 a.m. Sunday, deputies responded to 7855 Ironworks Road in reference to a driver losing control of a vehicle and hydroplaning.
— At 8:12 p.m. Sunday, deputies responded to Irvine Road in reference to a flipped vehicle.

— Robyn Chenault, of Richmond, was charged Friday with possession of a controlled substance.
