Earl Wayne Chism, 79, of Port St. Lucie, passed away on Monday, October 11, 2021.

Earl Wayne was born on July 16, 1942, in Winchester, KY, to the late Floyd B. Chism and Jessie Benge Chism. For most of his career, he worked as an Optician, being licensed in both Kentucky and Florida. Earl Wayne married Diana Kiss Chism in 1994. He loved University of Kentucky Wildcat basketball and football.

He is survived by his beloved wife of 30 years, Diana Kiss Chism; children, Tim Chism, Shannan Dooley-Carmona (Antonio Carmona), grandchild, Brandon Carmona; sister, Judy Bailey; and many family members and friends. Psalm 91

A memorial service will be held at a later date.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Saint Jude Children’s Hospital.
