Michael David Grimmett, 22 – failure to appear in court (citation for misdemeanor)
Chasity L. Hall, 26 – serving bench warrant for court
Andrew Kyle Saunders, 26 – public intoxication under a controlled substance, criminal mischief (second-degree), resisting arrest
Gary Thomas Smallwood, 49 – public intoxication under a controlled substance, disorderly conduct (second-degree), menacing, resisting arrest

Clark County Sheriff’s Office
July 27, Christopher Marshall, Paris, was charged with speeding, careless driving, no insurance, no registration and possession of marijuana.
July 28, Joshua D. Saylor, 1987 Muddy Creek Road, was charged with speeding and suspension of license.
August 2, Markos Shoemaker, 601 Banana Drive, was charged with having no insurance.
August 2, Michael Rose, 408 Wexford Drive, was charged with operating on suspended license.
August 2, Andrew Easterling, manager at Fastenal, stated someone had cut and stolen the catalytic converter from the exhaust system of a work truck. He stated it happened between 5 p.m. July 30 and 8 a.m. August 2. Estimated damage was $2000-3000.
August 2, Called to assist the Clark Co. Fire Department at a structure fire at 4999 Ironworks Road. Ida Ford, tenant at another structure on the property, and husband Johnny Ratliff had been working on structure that burned. There was disorder involving other family members concerning the victim’s dog that was located deceased in the burned structure. Ford filed an emergency protection order against Ratliff.
