The committee for the Daniel Boone Pioneer Festival met at the Winchester City Tourism office Thursday morning to plan for the festival’s 2021 return. The Daniel Boone Pioneer Festival was cancelled in 2020 due to the pandemic. The 2021 event is planned for Labor Day weekend, September 4-5.
