— At 8:40 p.m. Thursday, deputies were called to 209 Hickory Lane concerning a theft of an Xbox, comic books and jewelry.
WINCHESTER FIRE-EMS
— On Thursday, emergency personnel responded to 10 general medical calls, two cardiac cases, one respiratory case and one obstetric case.

Charged
— Kelsi B. Allen, 20, was charged Thursday with theft by unlawful takign.
— Rhonda Hurley, 35, was charged Thursday with third-degree burglary and was served two warrants.
— David Tyler Stephens, 24, was charged Thursday with theft by unlawful taking.

— At 1:30 a.m. Thursday, officers were called to Lexington and Burns avenues concerning people throwing eggs at cars.
— At 3:06 a.m. Thursday, officers were called to 1 Linden Lane concerning an assault.
— At 7:25 a.m. Thursday, officers were called to the Generations Center, 32 Meadow St., after a window was broken during the night. Nothing appeared to be missing.
— At 2:49 p.m. Thursday, officers were called to Beverly White Towers, 4 N. Maple St., concerning a theft of medication.
— At 4:09 p.m. Thursday, officers were called to 1661 Bypass Road concerning a domestic disturbance.
— At 7:30 p.m. Thursday, officers were called to 350 N. Maple St. concerning a theft.
— At 8:08 p.m. Thursday, officers were called to Walmart, 1859 Bypass Road, concerning a theft. Kelsi B. Allen was arrested and charged with theft by unlawful taking.
— At 8:35 p.m. Thursday, officers were called to Walmart, 1859 Bypass Road, concerning a theft. Rhonda Hurley was arrested and charged with third-degree burglary and was served two warrants.
— At 9:12 p.m. Thursday, officers were called to 6 Alabama St. concerning a possible sexual assault.
