CLARK COUNTY FIRE
— At 6:07 a.m. Friday, firefighters responded to an injury accident near the 11-mile marker on the Mountain Parkway.
— At 7:34 p.m. Friday, firefighters assisted EMS personnel with a call on Lexington Road.
— At 7:06 p.m. Saturday, firefighters responded to an alarm sounding on Jones Nursery Road.
— At 11:55 p.m. Saturday, firefighters responded to an injury accident on Trapp Goffs Corner Road.
— At 3:56 a.m. Sunday, firefighters were called to Inverness Lane for an investigation.
— At 11:04 a.m. Sunday, firefighters assisted Winchester Fire-EMS with a motor vehicle accident at Brooks Place and Bypass Road.
— At 3:53 p.m. Sunday, firefighters responded to an injury accident on Mount Sterling Road.
— At 5:43 p.m. Sunday, firefighters assisted EMS personnel with a call on Rockwell Road.

WINCHESTER POLICE
Charged
— David A. Lovings, 50, was charged Thursday with first-degree wanton endangerment, possession of marijuana, first-degree possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.
— Sofia D. Campbell, 74, was charged Saturday with careless driving, driving on an expired operator’s license and driving under the influence.
— Ronnie D. Christopher, 65, was charged Saturday with first-degree possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.
— Hannah Nicole Crim, 20, was charged Friday with possession of drug paraphernalia and disorderly conduct.
— Antonio Garcia, 39, was charged Sunday with driving on a suspended operator’s license and driving under the influence.
— Nathan Knowles, 40, was charged Saturday with non-support.
— Whitney N. Martin, 33, was charged Friday with possession of drug paraphernalia.
— Callee Jayne White, 24, was charged Saturday with theft by unlawful taking.

— At 11:20 a.m. Thursday, officers were called to West Lexington Avenue concerning a stolen vehicle.
— At 5:43 p.m. Thursday, officers were called to Olde Potomac Avenue concerning a stolen generator.
— At 6:11 p.m. Thursday, officers were called to Dale Drive concerning a theft of tools from a trailer.
— At 8:59 p.m. Thursday, officers were called to Campbell Junior High School concerning a person making threats. David A. Lovings was arrested on multiple charges.
— At 12:11 p.m. Friday, officers took a report at the police department concerning a theft of tools and boots.
— At 12:47 p.m. Friday, officers were called to Market Street for a burglary complaint. Hannah Crim was arrested and charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and disorderly conduct.
— At 3:32 p.m. Friday, officers were called to Buffalo Trace concerning a stolen air conditioner.
— At 6:24 p.m. Friday, officers were called to Second Street concerning a camper and trailer.
— At 6:55 p.m. Friday, officers were called to Crescent Avenue concerning a stolen bicycle.
— At 12:07 a.m. Saturday, officers were called to East Broadway Street and Memorial Park concerning a person trying to break into a vehicle.
— At 7:01 a.m. Saturday, officers took a report at the police department concerning a theft and a person making threats.
— At 11:28 a.m. Saturday, officers were called to Thoroughbred Plaza concerning a theft of air compressors and other tools.
— At 12:14 p.m. Saturday, officers were called to Carolina Avenue concerning a theft of tools during the night.
— At 12:53 p.m. Saturday, officers were called to South Main Street for a domestic disturbance. Ronnie D. Christopher was arrested on multiple charges.
— At 2:16 p.m. Saturday, officers were called to Oxford Drive concerning an assault.
— At 8:33 p.m. Saturday, officers were called to Bypass Road concerning a lost cell phone.
— At 11:29 p.m. Saturday, officers were called to Country Club Drive for a domestic disturbance.
— At 1:02 a.m. Sunday, officers were called to West Lexington Avenue for a fight in progress.
— At 9:51 a.m. Sunday, officers took a report at the police department concerning an emergency protection order.
— At 11:47 a.m. Sunday, officers were called to Bel Air Drive after wire was stolen from a construction site.
Accidents
— At 2:08 p.m. Friday, officers responded to an injury accident on Bypass Road in which James Morefield of Clay City was exiting a parking lot and other motorists waved him through, but was struck by another vehicle, driven by Sara Lendergraft of Prescott Lane, Winchester. Pendergraft said the other vehicle pulled in front of her. Pendergraft and Morefield’s passenger Brandi Logan were transported to Clark Regional Medical Center with unspecified injuries.
— At 11 a.m. Sunday, officers responded to an injury accident on Bypass Road in which a vehicle driven by Kenneth Rutherford of Richmond was traveling north on Rose Mary Way and collided with another vehicle in the intersection with Bypass Road. Rutherford said he thought the traffic light was green and entered the intersection. The other driver, Martin Odor of Marseille Drive, Winchester, said he had the green light on Bypass Road and changed lanes to avoid the collision, though he could not. Witnesses said Rutherford ran a red light. Rutherford was listed as injured in the accident.
WINCHESTER FIRE-EMS
— From Thursday through Sunday, EMS personnel responded to 41 general medical calls, six cardiac cases, two respiratory cases, one diabetic case, four overdoses, two obstetric cases and two seizures.
— At 9:58 a.m. Thursday, firefighters responded to an alarm sounding at West Hickman Street. It was a false alarm.
— At 1:08 p.m. Thursday, firefighters were called to Sylvania Avenue for a downed utility line.
— At 6:08 a.m. Friday, EMS personnel responded to a motor vehicle accident near the 11 mile marker on the Mountain Parkway.
— At 2:09 p.m. Friday, firefighters responded to a motor vehicle accident on Bypass Road.
— At 5:12 p.m. Saturday, firefighters responded to an alarm sounding on Rose Mary Drive.
— At 11:55 p.m. Saturday, EMS personnel responded to a motor vehicle accident on Trapp Goffs Corner Road.
— At 3:56 a.m. Sunday, firefighters responded to a motor vehicle accident on Van Meter Road.
— At 11:01 a.m. Sunday, firefighters responded to a motor vehicle accident at Brooks Place and Van Meter Road.
— At 3:52 p.m. Sunday, EMS personnel responded to a motor vehicle accident on Mount Sterling Road.
