CLARK COUNTY FIRE
— At 7:12 a.m. Friday, firefighters assisted EMS personnel with a call on Allen Lane.
— At 4:48 p.m. Saturday firefighters responded to an alarm sounding on Gay Evans Road.
WINCHESTER POLICE
Charged
— James William Evans, 36, was charged Friday with public intoxication, first-degree possession of a controlled substance (three counts) and possession of drug paraphernalia.
— Chris Allen Johnson, 28, was charged Friday with violation of an EPO/DVO.
— Carlos A. Lopez, 30, was charged Saturday with driving under the influence, no operator’s license and failure to maintain insurance.
— Dino L. Weisenberger, 54, was charged Sunday with theft by unlawful taking, possession of burglary tools and second-degree criminal trespass.

— At 6:34 a.m. Thursday, officers responded to an alarm sounding at Dollar General, Boone Avenue.
— At 11:55 a.m. Thursday, officers were called to Lexington Avenue and Wall Street concerning a damaged fire hydrant.
— At 12:52 p.m. Thursday, officers were called to Bypass Road concerning a theft from a store.
— At 7:37 p.m. Thursday, officers were called to Abbeywood Court concerning a phone scam.
— At 12:45 a.m. Friday, officers were called to West Lexington Avenue concerning a person in a parked car which has been idling for about two hours. James William Evans was arrested on multiple charges.
— At 10:28 a.m. Friday, officers took a report at the police department concerning a stolen firearm.
— At 5:02 p.m. Friday, officers were called to East Washington Street concerning a sexual assault.
— At 11:21 a.m. Saturday, officers were called to Magnolia Street concerning a stolen wallet.
— At 12:18 a.m. Sunday, officers were called to Brown Proctor Apartments, South Main Street, concerning a stolen scooter. Dino Weisenberger was arrested on multiple charges.
— At 8:27 p.m. Sunday, officers were called to Fox Lane concerning a theft of packages.
— At 11:48 p.m. Sunday, officers were called to West Hickman Street concerning a stolen vehicle.
CLARK COUNTY SHERIFF
Charged
— Kevin Dean Litteral, 39, of Willow Drive, was charged Thursday with failure to comply with sex offender registration.
— Braxton Williams, 26, of Eastridge Drive, was charged Friday with fourth-degree assault, first-degree wanton endangerment, second-degree strangulation and resisting arrest.
— Dylan T. Harris, 27, of Lexington, was charged Saturday with driving under the influence (second offense), reckless driving, resisting arrest, disorderly conduct, driving on a suspended operator’s license, no insurance, failure to wear a seat belt and terroristic threatening.
— Stephanie Toy, 33, of Mount Sterling, was charged Sunday with driving under the influence and driving on an expired operator’s license.
— Dewayne Joseph, 55, of Sharpsburg, was charged Sunday with driving under the influence, reckless driving, failure to wear seat belt and one headlight.
— Madison Frasure, 28, of Mount Vernon Drive, was charged Monday with trafficking in a controlled substance (heroin), possession of a controlled substance (cocaine), third-degree possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and tampering with physical evidence.

— At 7:20 p.m. Friday, deputies were called to Eastridge Drive for a domestic disturbance. Braxton Williams was arrested on multiple charges.
— At 1 p.m. Sunday, deputies were called to Kiddville Road concerning a person receiving threatening phone calls.
— At 4:24 p.m. Sunday, deputies were called to Monet Boulevard concerning a missing handgun.
— At 9 p.m. Sunday, deputies were called to Athens Boonesboro Road concerning a theft of money.
— At 12:22 a.m. Monday, deputies were called to Robert Court concerning a stolen lawn mower.
WINCHESTER FIRE-EMS
— Form Thursday through Sunday, EMS personnel responded to 41 general medical calls, six cardiac cases, three respiratory cases, one diabetic case, three seizures, one stroke and six overdoses.
— At 6:21 p.m. Thursday, firefighters responded to a motor vehicle accident at Bypass Road and Interstate 674.
— At 5:58 p.m. Sunday, firefighters responded to a transformer fire at 147 Linden Ave.
— At 6:10 p.m. Sunday, firefighters were called to 110 Tyler Banks Court for food burning on a stove.
— At 7:07 p.m. Sunday, firefighters responded to a small fire on Tin Pan Alley.
