The following criminal cases were resolved in Clark Circuit Aug. 13 with Judge William Engle presiding.
— Alisha D. Brooks, first-degree fleeing or evading police, sentenced to one year, diverted for three years.
— Billy J. Barnes, first-degree possession of a controlled substance (three counts), sentenced to three years concurrent, probated for five years.
— John Murray, first-degree sexual abuse (three counts), dismissed, defendant is deceased.
— Michael Sallee, first-degree possession of a controlled substance, sentenced to three years, probated for five years; second-degree trafficking in a controlled substance, amended to first-degree possession of a controlled substance, concurrent sentence.
— Billie Barnes, first-degree bail jumping, sentenced to two years, probated for five years.
— Nash Robinson, first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance, sentenced to five years, probated for five years; possession of drug paraphernalia, sentenced to 30 days concurrent; possession of marijuana, sentenced to 30 days concurrent.
— Wesley Raney, first-degree possession of a controlled substance, sentenced to one year, diverted for three years.
