CLARK COUNTY SHERIFF
Charged
— Nicholas Howard, 26, of 1525 Amster Grove Road, was charged Monday with violation of an EPO/DVO and was served two warrants.
Reports
— At 6:49 p.m. Monday, deputies were called to Walgreens, 2045 Bypass Road, concerning a woman trying to pass a forged prescription.
WINCHESTER POLICE
Charged
— Francis Alfred, 41, was charged Friday with possession of marijuana.
— Gary Michael Berryman, 38, was charged Sunday with public intoxication and theft by unlawful taking.
— Jonathan Hines, 31, was charged Friday with no or expired registration receipt, driving under the influence and was served a bench warrant.
— Travis M. Kemplin, 35, was charged Sunday with disorderly conduct and first-degree possession of a controlled substance.
— Parker Martin Puckett, 25, was charged Friday with third-degree possession of a controlled substance, illegal possession of a legend drug, possession of drug paraphernalia and was served a bench warrant.
— Ralph Wayne Taulbee, 37, was charged Friday with receiving stolen property.
— Ralph Eldon Tipton, 59, was charged Friday with theft by deception and receiving stolen property.
— Christian J. Wessel, 31, was charged Friday with driving under the influence (second offense).

— At 1:18 p.m. Friday, officers were caled to 46 Rowland Ave. after items were taken from a storage building.
— At 4:58 p.m. Friday, officers took a report concerning a stolen iPhone.
— At 10:15 p.m. Friday, officers were called to 418 Hanover Court after someone broke into a residence.
— At 3:35 p.m. Saturday, officers were called to 373 E. Washington St. concerning a stolen cell phone.
— At 5:41 a.m. Sunday, officers took a report concerning a person following the caller until she pulled into the police department parking lot. Travis M. Kemplin was charged with disorderly conduct and first-degree possession of a controlled substance.
— At 8:39 p.m. Sunday officers were called to 101 Finley Road after a person tried to break into a residence.
— At 6:32 a.m. Monday, officers were called to 17 Phillips Court concerning an assault.
— At 10:34 a.m. Monday, officers were called to 419 E. Washington St. concerning a theft of a guitar.
— At 11:35 a.m. Monday, officers were called to 109 Spring St. for a harassing communications complaint.
— At 12:12 p.m. Monday, officers took a report concerning fraudulent use of a credit card.
— At 12:51 p.m. Monday, officers were called to 598 Earlymeade Drive concerning the theft of a trailer suring the night.
— At 1:17 p.m. Monday, officers were called to 31 E. Washington St. concerning a stolen laptop computer.
— At 4:05 p.m. Monday, officers were called to 31 W. Broadway St. concerning two people presenting forged prescriptions. Amanda Clem was charged with criminal possession of a forged prescription.
— At 4:17 p.m. Monday, officers were called to 1480 W. Lexington Ave. concerning a stolen wallet.
— At 4:21 p.m. Monday, officers took a report concerning a stolen vehicle.
— At 9:34 p.m. Monday, officers were called to 58 Flanagan St. concerning a domestic disturbance.
WINCHESTER FIRE-EMS
— On Monday, emergency personnel responded to five general medical calls, to cardiac cases, one respiratory case, one diabetic case and two seizures.
— During the weekend, emergency personnel responded to 24 general medical calls, 10 cardiac cases, four respiratory cases, one diabetic case, three strokes, three seizures and two overdoses.
— At 2:06 p.m. Monday, firefighters responded to a report of a backhoe on fire at 9 Cook Ave. The fire was out when they arrived.
CLARK COUNTY FIRE
— At 2:30 p.m. Monday, firefighters responded to an alarm sounding at 1198 Two Mile Road.
— At 10:22 p.m. Monday, firefighters were called to 1500 Gay and Evans Road for an investigation.
— At 6:18 a.m. Tuesday, firefighters assisted EMS personnel with a call at 1209 Midway Road.
