Charged

— Courtney Paige Adkins, 21, was charged Friday with theft by unlawful taking.

— Starla D. Camden, 22, was charged Friday with theft by unlawful taking.

— Scott Edward Johnson, 21, was charged Sunday with trafficking in a controlled substance, first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance (two counts), reckless driving, second-degree fleeing or evading police, failure to maintain insurance, driving under the influence, resisting arrest, third-degree assault and possession of drug paraphernalia.

— Heather Renee Mahan, 35, was charged Friday with leaving the scene of an accident, driving without a license, driving on a suspended operator’s license, driving under the influence and careless driving.

— Michael Dwayne McIntosh, 45, was charged Friday with first-degree assault.

— Kristan Hope Farrow, 26, was charged Monday with possession of drug paraphernalia.

— Amanda Marie Henson, 38, was charged Monday with driving on a suspended operator’s license and first-degree possession of a controlled substance.

— Dean Allen Bowman, 51, was charged Tuesday with first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance.

— Anthony Clifford David Eastridge, 22, was charged Tuesday with theft by unlawful taking.

— Benjamin Franklin Larson, 36, was charged Tuesday with possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of marijuana and prescription controlled substance not in proper container.

— Robert Lee Piersall, 38, was charged Tuesday with driving under the influence and failure to maintain insurance.

— At 3:55 p.m. Friday, officers were called to 257 S. Highland St. after a backpack leaf blower was stolen from a trailer.

— At 12:38 p.m. Saturday, officers were called to 707 W. Lexington Ave. concerning a stolen debit card and unauthorized purchases.

— At 3:56 p.m. Saturday, officers were called to 27 E. Washington St. concerning a stolen wallet and phone.

— At 8:58 p.m. Saturday, officers were called to 148 W. Lexington Ave. concerning an identity theft.

— At 9:13 a.m. Sunday, officers were called to 16 Apache Trail for property damage to a Jeep.

— At 7:45 p.m. Sunday, officers were called to 49 Madison Ave. after someone entered an unlocked vehicle and rummaged through the contents.

— At 8:11 p.m. Sunday, officers were called to 720 Boone Ave. concerning a theft of multiple items.

— At 8:40 p.m. Sunday, officers were called to 27 E. Washington St. concerning an assault.

— At 10:27 p.m. Sunday, officers were called to 11 Memorial Park after a vehicle was vandalized.

— At 1:32 p.m. Monday, officers took a report concerning a lost wallet.

— At 11:03 a.m. Tuesday, officers took a report concerning an EPO violation.

— At 10:29 a.m. Wednesday, officers took a report for a fraud complaint.

— At 3:57 p.m. Wednesday, officers took a report concerning a theft of construction material from East Broadway Street.

— At 4:16 p.m. Wednesday, officers were called to 1320 Bypass Road after someone broke into a storage unit and stole items.

— At 8:39 p.m. Wednesday, officers were called to 37 1/2 S. Main St. for a broken window.

Accidents

— At 5:43 p.m. Monday, offices responded to an injury accident on Paris Road in which Steven Warner of 399 Greenway Drive was traveling north and said he did not notice the tail lights on a stopped vehicle and rear-ended the vehicle, which was driven by Norman Hampton of 6752 Paris Pike. Hampton’s passenger Nancy Hampton said they were stopped for construction when the collision occurred. Norman Hampton was transported to Clark Regional Medical Center with unspecified injuries.

 

CLARK COUNTY FIRE

— At 3:32 p.m. Monday, firefighters responded to a vehicle fire near the 89 mile marker on Interstate 64.

— At 3:03 p.m. Tuesday, firefighters assisted EMS personnel with a call on Van Meter Road.

— At 11:48 p.m. Tuesday, firefighters assisted EMS personnel with a call on Mina Station Road.

— At 10:58 a.m. Wednesday, firefighters responded to a downed utility line in Clintonville Road.

Reports

— At 10:34 p.m. Monday, deputies were called to 117 McCullough Lane for a verbal altercation involving threats.

— At 1:38 p.m. Monday, deputies were called to 2995 Water Works Road concerning the theft of two handguns.

 

WINCHESTER FIRE-EMS

— From Monday through Wednesday, EMS personnel responded to 35 general medical calls, three cardiac cases, two respiratory cases, five diabetic cases, one stroke, four seizures and one overdose.

— At 3:52 p.m. Monday, firefighters responded to an alarm sounding at 21 N. Main St. It was a false alarm.

— At 5:44 p.m. Monday, firefighters responded to a motor vehicle accident at North Maple Street and Chelsea Way.

— At 5:58 a.m. Tuesday, firefighters responded to a motor vehicle accident at Vaught and Hubbard roads.

— At 2:47 a.m. Wednesday, firefighters responded to a trash fire at 241 S. Highland St.

— At 11:14 a.m. Wednesday, firefighters responded to a motor vehicle accident at 102 W. Lexington Ave.

— At 2:18 p.m. Wednesday, firefighters responded to a motor vehicle accident near the 91 mile marker on Interstate 64.

— At 2:58 p.m. Wednesday, EMS personnel responded to a motor vehicle accident near the 7 mile marker on the Mountain Parkway.

— At 3:38 p.m. Wednesday, firefighters responded to an alarm sounding at 8 Bel Air Ave. It was a false alarm.
