CLARK COUNTY FIRE

— At 4:40 p.m. Wednesday, firefighters assisted EMS personnel with a call at Fountain Circle Health and Rehabilitation, 200 Glenway Road.

— At 8:36 p.m. Wednesday, firefighters assisted EMS personnel with a call on Iron Works Road.

— At 2:13 a.m. Thursday, firefighters responded to a vehicle fire at 390 Bailey Lane.

 

WINCHESTER POLICE

Charged

— Aaron Michael Potter, 36, was charged Wednesday with driving under the influence and resisting arrest.

— Kristen Louise Walters, 26, was charged Wednesday with failure to notify state of address change, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Reports

— At 3:33 a.m. Wednesday, officers were called to 16 Cook Ave. concerning an assault.

— At 10:11 a.m. Wednesday, officers were called to 850 Bypass Road concerning a stolen debit card.

— At 1:02 p.m. Wednesday, officers were called to 350 N. Maple St. concerning a theft of laundry detergent.

— At 11:16 p.m. Wednesday, officers took a report concerning  person making threats.

Accidents

— At 11:05 p.m. Wednesday, officers responded to an injury accident at 977 Muddy Creek Road in which a vehicle driven by Aaron M. Potter of 390 Bailey Lane was traveling south on Muddy Creek Road when it missed a curve and struck a large tree. The driver was later arrested for driving under the influence and resisting arrest. No one else was in the vehicle.

 

WINCHESTER FIRE-EMS

— On Wednesday, EMS personnel responded to seven general medical calls, one cardiac case, two respiratory cases, one diabetic case and one seizure.

— At 7:54 a.m. Wednesday, firefighters responded to a motor vehicle accident at Main and Bait streets.

— At 8:07 a.m. Wednesday, firefighters responded to an alarm sounding at 415 Magnolia St. It was a false alarm.

— At 11:11 p.m. Wednesday, firefighters responded to a motor vehicle accident at 977 Muddy Creek Road.
