Annie Lee Bailey Mays, 80, widow of David C. Mays, passed away on Saturday, January 11, 2020.

She was born in Estill County, Kentucky, on August 4, 1939, to the late Edward Dewey and Edna Mae Rogers Bailey. She was retired from GTE Sylvania.

Survivors include two children, Sandra Lynn (Wayne) Spence and Donald (Tammy L.) Mays; seven grandchildren, eight great grandchildren, one great-great grandchild; one brother, Bobby (Velma) Bailey; several nieces, nephews, extended family members and a special friend, Essie “Granny” Miller.

In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by her son, David Lee Mays and great-great grandson, Jayden Ritchie.

Services will be at 12:00PM, Saturday, January 18, 2020 at Scobee Funeral Home by Pastor Billy Keller. Burial will be in Clarmont Memorial Gardens. Pallbearers will be Dennis Mayes, Matt Grimes, Bill Bailey, Daniel Bailey, Eric Spence and Ricky Mayes. Honorary pallbearers will be Brian Mays, Roy Mayes and GTE Sylvania Retirees.

Visitation will be from 10:00AM until time of service.
