CLARK COUNTY SHERIFF

Reports

— At 8:46 a.m. Monday, deputies were called to Stuff Recycling, 6169 Lexington Road, after utility lines were struck sticking out from a truck driven by Ronnie K. Gilbert of Salyersville.

Accidents

— At 5:28 p.m. Friday, deputies responded to an injury accident on Interstate 64 near the 100 mile marker in which a vehicle driven by Felicia Carnero of Roswell, New Mexico, crossed the median and struck another vehicle, driven by Beverly Hardenfelder of Phenix, Virginia, head-on. Hardenfelder’s vehicle then struck a third, driven by Trena L. Adams of Wellington, which went off the road and overturned. All three drivers were transported to Clark Regional Medical Center with unspecified injuries. Deputies found a cell phone in Carnero’s vehicle which was open on a text message screen.

WINCHESTER FIRE-EMS

— On Monday, EMS personnel responded to six general medical calls, one cardiac case, one respiratory case, two seizures, one stroke and one overdose.

— At 7:13 p.m. Monday, firefighters responded to an alarm sounding at 1465 W. Lexington Ave. It was a false alarm.

— At 3:22 p.m. Friday, firefighters responded to an injury accident on Colby Road.

— At 5:29 p.m. Friday, firefighters responded to an injury accident near the 1010 mile marker on Interstate 64.

— At 9:02 p.m. Friday, firefighters responded to an injury accident near the 97 mile marker on Interstate 64.

— At 5:26 p.m. Saturday, firefighters responded to a vehicle fire near the 101 mile marker on Interstate 64.

— At 4:44 a.m. Sunday, firefighters responded to an injury accident at Muddy Creek and Old Muddy Creek roads.

— At 8:55 a.m. Sunday, firefighters responded to a brush fire near the 91 mile marker on Interstate 64.

— At 12:38 p.m. Sunday, firefighters assisted EMS personnel with a call on White-Conkwright Road.

— At 5:39 p.m. Sunday, firefighters assisted EMS personnel with a call on Locust Grove Road.

— At 7:43 p.m. Sunday, firefighters assisted EMS personnel with a call on Sherwood Court.

— At 8:48 a.m. Monday, firefighters were called to Lexington Road for downed utility lines.

— At 11:14 a.m. Monday, firefighters assisted EMS personnel with a call on Mina Station Road.
